Conversations with my kids: A Cautionary Tale

I get to hear some interesting views on life from my children when we're driving to work in the morning.

T: I don't think I'm going to drink when I'm a grown-up.

Me: I wouldn't have a problem with that, if you decided never to drink. Sometimes it's okay but sometimes it can cause a lot of problems for people.

T: Right. Like you shouldn't drink when you are pregnant.

Me: This is true. Sometimes it can give babies brain damage.

R: That's what happened to Tierney. *Evil Grin*
